Mac OS X CM11 USB Driver
If you happen to be one of the very few people who have a CM11 USB X10 controller and a Mac running OS X then you may have discovered that this particular CM11 doesn't come with any Mac drivers (not that any do as far as I know). However the two can be used together because the chip used in the USB-Serial converter is from Prolific, who have a driver, compatible even with Mac OS X 10.4. You can download it from here. From my very rudimentary testing the driver seems to work. Your mileage may vary, but hey, it's worth a try.
Re: Mac OS X CM11 USB Driver
Hi Henrik. I think the driver was
md_pl2303H_HX_X_dmg_v1.0.9b6.zip from the Mac OS X drivers page, under the heading 'PL-2303 USB to Serial Bridge Controller'. To be honest my testing was rather rudimentary using a trial version of Indigo. I have a few lamp and appliance modules and a couple of wall dimmer switches that all worked.
Re: Mac OS X CM11 USB Driver
I've updated the link in the post. It seems that Prolific had redesigned their website.
It also appears that they've updated the driver to version 1.1.0b1 so it's name is md_pl2303H_HX_X_dmg_v1.1.0b1.zip
